This Cutting Board w/ Mosaics, Knife, & Blessing looks fantastic on your Shabbat table! The solid wood cutting board has a beautiful decorative multi wood mosaic strip, on the diagonal, a brass inlay with the traditional words of the blessing (bracha) for bread, and an integral Sheffield steel knife.
Etz-Ron’s signature mosaics are made from over 30 different kinds of woods from around the world. Each piece of wood keeps it’s natural color and grain pattern. There are no stains or dyes used. The colors you see are the natural colors of the different woods.
So many people have told me how much they like getting and giving this cutting board!
This Challah Board has ample room for one challah, or two.

This run most all have a dark base wood with only a limited amount of lighter boards.
How do I care for my cutting board? This Mosaic Challah Cutting Board will last for years if taken care of properly! Some of my customers have had the same board for over 25 years! First, choose the side you want to cut on, and use only that side for cutting. Never immerse your cutting board in water, rather wipe clean with a damp cloth. Rejuvenate your board every month by applying a coat of mineral oil. It is easy to do and food safe. Just wipe it on and wipe off the excess with a soft lint free cloth.
Each cutting board is unique, the ones pictured here are already sold. You will be getting something similar, but the wood pattern may be different, the mosaics will be different. Shipping on this item and other heavy items at Etz-Ron: The rates for shipping have risen the whole world over. Each piece of wood, even if of the same species, can be of a different density/weight. A few of the cutting boards (including packaging) will come in under the 2kg weight for the cheaper shipping option, but most are over 2 kg and they must be shipped express. For ease of check out, I have defaulted all shipping of this item to express shipping. However, if the board you select is packed and weighs in under 2kg, it will ship with the cheaper service and you will be refunded the extra shipping (approximately $20) . This can only be determined once the cutting board is packaged and ready to go. Contact me. and I will be happy to show you options.
