| What's New at Etz-Ron |

| Women's Torah Project | | | I am honored to now be a part of the Women's Torah Project, a project of the Kadima Reconstructionist Community in Seattle, WA, that is "creating the first sefer Torah in history to be scribed and embellished by an international community of women. It is the first woman-scribed Torah commissioned in modern times; the first Torah to be intentionally scribed by a partnership of women; and the first Torah to be supported, written and adorned by an international community of women and men sustaining one another through the hard work of transforming ideals into reality". My part in this endeavor will be to make the etz chaim for the Torah itself. I am looking forward to working with this dynamic group of women!

It also has a chessboard on the outside of the box! Each one of these sets is unique and sure to be a family heirloom. The Exhibition is located at the Wharton Esherisk Museum in Paoli, PA. This years exhibition starts in Sept.: the house and grounds are well worth a visit anytime if you are in the area.
