It is recommended to take a sheet of paper and draw an outline of the sizes mentioned, in order to get a good idea of the product's actual size.

Methods of Payment:
I accept the following credit cards: Mastercard (Isracard in Israel) and American Express.
I also accept check and money order (payable in USD). Etz-Ron now uses a shopping cart and
secure server to process all credit card information securely.

If payment is by check or money order, the item will be shipped on receipt of payment.
Shipping and Delivery Conditions:
Shipping is generally via airmail from Israel. Etz-Ron will let you know, via email, when your order has been shipped. Please let us know when you have gotten your order!
Since Etz-Ron products are all handcrafted, there can be variations
as per color and size. Please let me know what your needs are so that I can tell you what is
available. If the item requested is in stock, your order will go out within the week.
Shipping may take up to three weeks from the date of your order.
All orders must be shipped to a street address. PO Boxes will not be accepted.
Etz-Ron assumes responsibility for shipping to the address as it was given in the order.
Please note for orders within Israel, or to North America, all prices on the site already include shipping and handling. No additional payment is required. For orders to other countries, additional charges may apply.
Israel has free trade agreements with many countries, including the United States, generally eliminating the concern for customs, duties or tariffs. Etz-Ron has shipped items to the U.S. in the past, and there have been no additional charges. However, in some states or countries, there may be additional charges for customs, duties and taxes, which may be levied once the package reaches its destination. Etz-Ron is not responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary from place to place, and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Etz-Ron.
Return Policy:
Because you are choosing to purchase through our website, we offer the following online return policy:
If you wish to return an item, it can be sent back for an exchange, credit or
refund. Refunds for returned items are only available if notification is received
within 3 weeks of date of shipment to you. The original shipping cost cannot be
refunded. As well, a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be undamaged and unused.
To return an item, please follow these instructions:
- Contact Etz-Ron to get a return number. This number must be clearly marked on the
outside of the package when it is posted. Packages without this return number will
not be accepted.
- Repack the item carefully, in the same manner it was sent to you. Make
sure you re-seal the package.
- Enclose the invoice with the merchandise and a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item. Also enclose a clearly marked address to which exchanged items or the refund
should be sent.
- Ship it back to me by parcel post, UPS or other shipping service – prepaid and insured to the valued price. This is for your protection. Etz-Ron will replace the item or refund monies promptly.
